Bend Collagen, Coconut and Raspberry Energy Balls

Did you know that you can add marine collagen to your routine in several ways? Whether it's in your coffee, in a glass of water or even a smoothie, collagen can fit very well into your favorite recipe! So we decided to create a recipe for coconut and raspberry energy balls to inspire you!

INGREDIENTS :

- 1/2 cup cashews (finely chopped)

- 1/2 cup almonds (ground)

- 3/4 cup oatmeal

- 1/3 cup grated coconut (use more to roll the balls)

- 1 C. tbsp coconut oil (melted)

- 1 C. tbsp black chia seeds

- 3 tbsp. tablespoon of maple syrup

- 3/4 cup frozen raspberries

- 3 tbsp. Bend Beauty Marine Collagen in the flavor of your choice

PREPARATION :

1. Place all the ingredients in a bowl except the frozen raspberries and mix for a few minutes.

2. Add the raspberries and mix again to combine everything well.

3. Take about 1 tbsp. of mixture, shape it into a ball and roll it in grated coconut. Repeat for the rest of the mixture.

4. Store in the refrigerator or freezer in an airtight container.
