Delivery
Delivery costs in Quebec/Ontario/New Brunswick vary depending on the value of the basket. It is offered free with the purchase of $90 and only $2.90 with the purchase of $60. A flat fee is charged for all other provinces and the United States. Average delivery times are 2 to 5 business days in Canada. Delays may vary depending on traffic and our carrier's holidays.
Delivery is always free on the purchase of Égérie perfume in the United States and Canada. Otherwise, free shipping in the US is available for orders over 150$.
Our packages are shipped with Canada Post. We send you a tracking number when sending your package so that you can follow the delivery, with certain exceptions for very small packages.
Our packages are delivered without signature. You can request signature for an addition of $3 during checkout if your order is less than $300, or completely free if your order is $300 or more.
As soon as the package is delivered, the customer becomes responsible for the package. Parikart is not responsible for theft or loss of products following shipment. It is the customer's responsibility to be present during delivery and/or send the package to a safe location. We will not provide refunds or exchanges in the event of theft. You can request an investigation to search for your package if you believe that the delivery person has never been there. The research team of the company that made the delivery will open the investigation, this may take up to 2 weeks. If this is not conclusive, the next step is to contact the police and we will be able to assist you with this process as best we can. You can obviously contact the authorities as soon as you notice the theft, we suggest you write to us beforehand so that we can confirm whether the package has been delivered.
We are not responsible for address errors made by the customer during purchase. You must make sure you enter the correct shipping information!
Loss of packages is extremely rare. You just need to take precautions not to put your package in danger to promote a smooth delivery process. If the package is lost on its way to your home and it is not indicated as delivered, we are responsible and we will return your order without problem.
