Shipping policy

Shipping is free in Quebec/Ontario/New Brunswick with a purchase of $50. A flat fee is charged for all other provinces and the United States.

Our packages are sent by Purolator and Canada Post. We send you a tracking number when we send your package so that you can know when it will arrive at your home. 95% of our packages are sent with Purolator because it is a faster service. Canada Post will be used in remote areas, the delivery time may be longer.

As soon as the package is delivered, the customer becomes responsible for the package. We are not responsible for theft or loss of products after shipping. It is your responsibility to be present at the time of delivery and/or to send the package to a safe place. We will not make any refunds or exchanges in the event of theft, the proper course of action is to contact the police and we will assist you in this process as best we can.

We are not responsible if you made a mistake in your address at the time of purchase. You must make sure you enter the correct shipping information!

You can request an investigation to search for your package if you believe the delivery person never showed up. The research team of the company that made the delivery will open the investigation, this can take up to 2 weeks.


You have 5 days after receiving your order to notify us if there was a breakage during delivery.

If the time limit is exceeded, we will not be able to initiate the refund and return process.

If there is an error on your part in the choice of product, or in any other aspect of the order, you must assume the full cost of delivery.

Under no circumstances will we refund a used product.

In case of dissatisfaction with the product, we will not refund used products that have not been recommended by our team.
