Are there delivery costs?
Shipping is free in Canada with the purchase of more than $ 100.00 of products and is free internationally with the purchase of more than $ 250.00 of products. The delivery cost varies depending on your location and the size of your order.
How long does it take?
We promise that delivery will be made within 1 to 7 business days of processing the order.
Do you deliver outside of Canada
Yes! We deliver outside of Canada. Delivery charges will apply for orders less than $ 250.00.
Can we have an expedited order?
Yes, you can have expedited order. Charges are applicable however.
Can I deliver my order elsewhere than at home?
Yes, you only need to enter a different address when ordering online.
Can I track my package in real time?
Yes you can track the package. As soon as the order is placed, you will receive an email with a link to the Canada Post site. You will therefore be able to track your package at all times.
Is it possible to buy online and pick up the order in store?
Yes, you can place an order online and pick it up when it has been processed. You must select "Pick up in store" when choosing your delivery type at the billing stage.

Can we cancel the order online?

Are online prices the same as in store?
Yes, the prices are the same on the online store and in our salons. However, some promotions may be valid only online, and others only in store.
