Apply 1 to 2 pressures (or less depending on the hair) on dry hair. Leave to act for about 5 minutes or a full night. Then wash the hair with the Bath Hydration softness .

Apply 1 to 2 pressures (or less depending on the hair) on different sections of the scalp. Then massage to penetrate the product.

on wet or dry hair, apply 1 to 2 pressures (or less depending on the hair) depending on the length and thickness of the hair.
