To support our growth and consolidate our position as a marketing leader, we are looking for a creative, strategic and versatile Marketing Manager, ready to take charge of all of our marketing initiatives and grow with us.

Main responsibilities:

• Visual Creation: Develop impactful visuals for our digital advertising campaigns.
• Promotions Management: Develop and execute promotional strategies for our salons and online store.
• Branding: Maintain and strengthen Parikart’s visual identity and values ​​across all marketing materials.
• Social Media: Collaborate with our agency to define the content strategy and monitor social media management.
• Influencer Management: Work with our agency to manage influencer partnerships, while ensuring consistency with the overall strategy.
• Event Planning: Plan and coordinate customer events and product launches to promote our salons and beauty products.

What we are looking for:

• Creativity and Artistry: You have a strong interest in design and visuals while being able to link creativity and business objectives.
• Strategic skills: You are able to conceptualize campaigns while having a clear strategic vision and execution capacity.
• Versatility: You easily juggle between our two entities – beauty salons and e-commerce – while remaining organized and structured.
• Initiative: You bring a ton of ideas and you want to make them happen.
• Good project management skills: You know how to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects at the same time.

Profile sought:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in the beauty or retail sector.
• Excellent command of graphic design tools and social media platforms.
• Knowledge of marketing analysis tools (Google Analytics, etc.) is an asset.
• Ability to collaborate with agencies and manage projects simultaneously.
• Degree in marketing, communications or related field (optional)
