Our beauty salon in Saint-Romuald is part of a dynamic and growing company in the beauty industry. We offer a full range of hairdressing and aesthetic services, as well as a warm and professional atmosphere.

We are looking for a motivated Branch Manager with experience in team management, even if not extensive. You will bring your ideas and your dynamism, and you will benefit from many opportunities for long-term learning and growth within an established structure.

Key Executive Responsibilities:

• Supervise your sector : Coordinate team activities, set objectives, evaluate performance, and maintain good internal communication.

• Customer Service: Manage appointment scheduling, advise customers on our products and services, and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• Purchasing management: Ensure orders and inventory monitoring, in collaboration with our suppliers.

• Participation in operations: Contribute to the continuous improvement of the show's operational processes and propose new ideas.

What we are looking for:

• Management experience : Experience in team management is essential, but above all we are looking for someone ready to evolve and take on responsibilities gradually.

• Dynamism and proactivity : You are energetic, attentive, and like to take initiatives to improve the customer experience and internal operations.

• Excellent communication : You are comfortable communicating with clients and the team, and you know how to handle situations with tact and professionalism.
