The Kérastase Première Foundational Filler Serum is a leave-in serum for internal repair of all types of damaged hair, to reveal shiny and supple hair.
Damaged hair, because it is very porous, absorbs 3X more calcium from water than untreated hair. This excess calcium damages the hair visibly inside and outside the hair. Kérastase's fundamental Filler Serum treatment works in two ways: its light balm texture seals the cuticles to protect the hair surface while filling the fiber and strengthening the hair. Hair is protected from damage caused by calcium from hard water, as well as humidity and heat (up to 450°F). Frizz is eliminated and hair is left smooth, supple and easy to comb.

- 5% glycine: Glycine penetrates deep into the inner layers of the hair, which promotes the repair of the bonds of each broken keratin bond and strengthens the entire structure of the hair. This process makes the hair less prone to breakage, strengthens it and improves its elasticity.
