For teeth:
Wet your toothbrush and dip it in the charcoal. Brush your teeth for one to two minutes. Rinse with water. Remove excess with dental floss. Do two to three times a week, then as needed.
* To do before going to bed since a little charcoal may remain on the teeth after use. The next morning it will all be gone.
For the face:
Mix one tablespoon of charcoal with one to two tablespoons of water until you obtain a smooth paste. Apply evenly to the face with the back of a spoon and leave until the mask is dry. Rinse with water and complete the treatment with a light exfoliant. Do once a week.
