Job offer: Customer Service Representative
Location: Lévis and Saint-Romuald, QC
Job type: Full-time (32 to 40 hours per week) or Part-time (15 to 20 hours)
Schedule: Day & evening, Tuesday to Saturday
Salary: $17.32 to $20.15/h

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative with sales and consulting experience. You will bring your ideas and dynamism, and you will benefit from numerous learning and long-term growth opportunities within an established structure.

Main Responsibilities:

Greet clients
Manage appointments
Advise clients in the boutique
Manage billing
Clean the reception area
Manage branch opening and closing
Perform cash register closing
Receive orders
Update advertising posters
Update the phone message

Desired Profile:

Sales and consulting experience
Customer service experience
Ability to work autonomously
Proactivity in tackling daily challenges

Assets:

Experience in hairdressing and/or aesthetics: A valuable asset to better understand and meet the needs of the salon.
Management skills: Purchasing and planning the salon's needs.
