    Job offer: Customer Service Representative

    Location: Lévis, QC

    Type of position: Full-time (35 to 40 hours per week)

    Schedule:
    Day shift
    Evening shift
    Weekend shift

    Salary: $22.39/h


    Responsibilities:

    - Administrative Officer: The administrative officer ensures the daily management of the company's administrative, accounting, and organizational operations, including the preparation and verification of payroll reports. They support internal teams by ensuring process compliance, tool efficiency, and general activity coordination.

    - Purchasing Officer: The purchasing officer is responsible for procuring the products and supplies necessary for the company's smooth operation. They negotiate with suppliers, manage orders, and ensure quality, delivery times, and budget adherence.


    Required Skills:

    Experience with customer service. Skills in purchasing management and salon needs planning. 

    Assets:
    - Experience in hairdressing and/or aesthetics: a valuable asset for better understanding and meeting the salon's needs.
    - Dynamism and proactivity: You are energetic, attentive, and enjoy taking initiatives to improve customer experience and internal operations.
