METHOD OF USE
- Dip the brush once and apply to the skin along the upper lash line of both eyes. Do not wash.
-Allow to dry for at least 90 seconds before applying other eye products. There is no need to apply to the lower lash line.
-Use twice daily, morning and evening, on clean, dry skin.
