INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

THE NUDA TANNING CYCLE: The perfect method to keep your skin hydrated, smooth, and evenly golden with a natural glow.

- DAY 1 - PURIFY, EXFOLIATE & PREPARE: After using the PH-balanced shower gel, exfoliate skin with the AHA body exfoliator, then remove impurities with the DewCleanse shower gel. On clean skin, apply the moisturizing body lotion.

- DAY 2 - TAN: Apply your Nuda self-tanner.

- DAYS 3 TO 5 - MAINTENANCE: Wash body skin with the PH-balanced shower gel and moisturize body skin with the moisturizing body lotion.

- DAY 6 BOOST (optional): Enhance your tan with a light Nuda self-tanner like CloudMist or CloudSerum.

- DAYS 7 TO 8 - MAINTENANCE: Wash body skin with the PH-balanced shower gel and moisturize body skin with the moisturizing body lotion.

- DAY 9 or 10 PREPARATION: To prepare skin for tanning, remove self-tanner residue with BareFoam and the Nuda exfoliating mitt.

- Restart the Nuda tanning cycle the next day.
