This message is intended for any person living delivery or control periods longer than what we guarantee. First of all, I want to tell you that we sincerely apologize . I am sure that you will be understanding. By learning about the situation we are currently facing. For the sake of transparency towards you, we explain in detail the reason for the deadlines.

In recent weeks, we have had a bigger traffic than usual. We had planned this increase and we were completely ready to cope with it. We made all our commands of goods accordingly, but unfortunately we had several delays in delivery of our supplier , as well as orders that have simply been delivered . This obviously created unforeseen delays on our side and a huge question management.

The disappointments caused by the delay are completely normal and understandable, but we wanted to tell you that our team works extremely strong to send you your orders as quickly as possible.

Here is a summary of the problems we have had in the past few weeks and that have caused this delay:

  • Order of more than 100 fusio scrubs that we have not received;
  • Order of more than 200 extension foundants that we have not received;
  • Order of more than 1000 samples that we have not received;
  • Dimer of 2 additional days on our order for spring duets and large format dry shampoos;
  • Delay of 3 additional days on our order for dry shampoos Travel formats;
  • Reception of only 20% of our order in spring duo

These many problems have caused a larger time than we could not control for those who had one or more of these products in their order. Your order will be prioritized and will go to express delivery as soon as we have the stock.

Many of you live your first shopping experience at Parikart. Unfortunately, that makes sure that you cannot live the real Parikart experience with the exceptional service that our team offers.

We sincerely hope to have the chance to serve you again, but this time by offering you a service that honors Parikart standards. Again, we are sorry for the drawback.
